United Kingdom Returns

Please find our returns information below:

We are all human therefore if you make a purchase error, you have 28 days to return your item(s) from the date of the order being placed. Each item(s) you return needs to be new, unused, and in its original packaging in a saleable condition.

When returning an item, please include the following:

• Proof of purchase
• Indicate the fault reason for returning (to aid us to investigate this quickly on your behalf),
• Your name / address / contact details

If there is a manufacturing fault / failing with the item within the manufacturer’s warranty period, then we will need to have the item returned to investigate further – preliminary investigations are usually within 24h upon receipt, further investigations may be necessary and will take longer if manufacturers deem it necessary, however, you will be advised.

We do not have the facility to offer free returns, however, if there is deemed to be a manufacturing fault or the item clearly has arrived damaged, at our discretion we may offer to cover the cost of return based on the cost prices we received from our Providers, we do not accept liability for products returned until they have been confirmed as received into our premises, we reserve the right to reject any claim for faulty or damaged items where we believe this has been caused by misuse or Sue in otherwise accordance to the instructions or manufacturers guidance.

Please do not return an item without pre-approval, as a returned item must be pre-approved by an employee of Home2Brew / Home2Cook, we reserve the right to reject items not pre-approved.

We ordinarily do not ship outside the UK, therefore if you have an issue with your product it is down to you to return the item back to us, we will, of course, do our best to support you however this is very much at the discretion of the management and on a case by case bases.
