Arcos Carving Knife 200 mm

Forged carving knife with 200 mm NITRUM® stainless steel tips that improve cutting capacity and lengthen edge durability.

Its handle is made with a polyoxymethylene (POM) and has Bactiproof Silver technology which incorporates all the necessary elements to protect the surface from stains, bad smells, and harmful microorganisms.

It has a characteristic rounded ferrule that, along with the bolster, gives this fork the perfect combination of style and safety.

At ARCOS we decided to change aluminum rivets for stainless steel ones since they give the handle a better grip and noticeably improve resistance to corrosion.
